FOWLERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL TABS LEVI CONLEY TO BE NEW VARSITY GIRLS BASKETBALL COACH

It gives us great pleasure to introduce to Gladiator Nation Mr. Levi Conley as the new Fowlerville High School Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. Coach Conley is a Fowlerville resident and has been a part of the athletic department staff since 2019. Conley joined the boys’ basketball staff as a freshman coach then moved into the Junior Varsity role shortly after. He has become an integral part of the varsity program as a bench coach as well as focusing on scouting.

Coach Levi Conley brings a high degree of knowledge to the position. Conley can be described as a “basketball junkie” and has built great relationships within the Fowlerville Athletics Community.  Coach Conley has consistently challenged student athletes to be successful academically and athletically.  He has stressed and taught accountability, responsibility, technique, and discipline to all of his student athletes in all facets of their lives. In addition, he has emphasized the importance of teamwork, character and leadership development as well as communication skills.  He is extremely dedicated and committed to maximizing a student athlete’s potential both on and off the field.

Boys Varsity Basketball coach Jim Jonas shared, “Levi is an excellent hire for the girls’ program. His knowledge, passion, and dedication are off the charts. He is going to do great things for the Girls Basketball program!”

Former Boys JV Basketball coach Troy Young mentioned, “Levi will succeed simply because he cares and is dedicated. His passion is second to none and he will make each girl better than when they started. Best of luck, Coach!.”

Fowlerville Athletic Director Brian Osborn said, “We are extremely excited to have Levi leading our student athletes in the girl’s basketball program, his passion for the game of basketball and for Fowlerville is unparalleled. Levi Conley is a transformational coach who has a goal for the athletes to “leave the jersey in a better place.”
